Currently there is no confirmed process for IEEPA tariff refunds. The courts have ruled that importers of record may be entitled to refunds, but U.S. Customs has not yet implemented a system to process potential refunds.

As the importer of record, Tradex would be the recipient of any refunds from Customs. Until the government establishes a process and we know whether refunds will be issued, we cannot confirm or distribute any amounts.

If refunds are issued in the future, we will review the applicable transactions and communicate next steps at that time.

As context to set expectations, please note that while tariffs were implemented during 2025, Tradex did not pass near the amount paid to Customs onto customers. Much of the tariff impact was absorbed in manufacturing and by sourcing initiatives. Moreover, the increases which may have passed also addressed higher product costs, incurred sourcing from other countries, as well as inbound freight expense.
